Registration begins for public observation of appeal in “US-COOL” dispute
At the request of Canada and the United States, two of the participants in the disputes “United States – Certain Country of Origin Labelling (COOL) Requirements” (WT/DS384, WT/DS386), the Appellate Body Division has decided to open the oral hearing to public observation. The hearing will take place on 2 and 3 May 2012.Shortlink:
